South China: Zhuhai
Zhuhai is located in the center of the PRD and was one of the emerging forces in China's economy alongside Hong Kong. The ongoing construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge in addition to the city's key geographical location and favorable tax incentives, should position Zhuhai to become another economic superpower in the region.
Infrastructure
In recent years, Zhuhai has made economic progress due to its geographical location near Hong Kong and Macau. Foreign investment, technology and management methods have spurred the economic boom of the city. As a result, transportation has improved greatly and these facilities form a complete sea-land-air transport network in the SEZ.
