		<description>Its interesting that China finally has passed a new labor law although some of its key points aren't that appealing. But as in any new law, you do have to wonder how it will be reinforced or what are the mechanism to reinforce the new regulation. Time will tell how this will impact the employer/employee relationship. Hopefully it'll be on a good path.</description>
