Alan, you ask "Why would anyone hire people who last job experience was working for one of Wall Street’s corrupt companies"
... I ask you the same question...Why? Why would anyone want to hire them?...You see where I am going?
And regarding..."You really think most of these people knew nothing of the things they were doing? I think they only knew what they needed to do to make more money for themselves and be damned with the rest of the world."
Well, how many Chinese do you know who care about the World and not so much about making money?

I do not feel sorry for the new breed of ex-pats coming here. As a United States Citizen living, working, and married in China with numerous chinese friends and family I do not think it is so hard to enjoy life and get along here if one is sincere and not always whining about how different everything is or how much better we do it at home.

I feel sorry for the Chinese once these new breed of ex-pats wreck the same damage on china's banking and market systems that they did to the western world. Why would anyone hire people who last job experience was working for one of Wall Street's corrupt companies.

In the chemical industry, if you work at a plant that has a major disaster you will have a very hard time finding another job in the industry regardless of whether you were invloved or not. The thinking is that you were there and knew about the weakness and thus were also part of the problem.
