Yes it makes sense to use legal counsel and advisors based in China rather than rely on armslength firms and people based thousands of miles away. China is a market where to really have to walk the walk and that means being in-country if you&#039;re going to have any professional credibility. Its that crucial added value that clients investing in China need in an already difficult foreign business environment. Cheers - Chris</description>
