Selected Software Companies Eligible for Preferential Tax Rate

Jan. 25 – Software companies listed in China’s 2009 national plan that did not avail of a corporate income tax rate of less than 10 percent last year can pay their taxes at the preferential rate of 10 percent.

The move is to further the growth of the country’s software industry and integrated circuit industry, as well as develop key software enterprises.
