		<description>Interesting.  How long do you think it will take to actually prosecute violators?  What types of fines will be imposed on offending SOEs?  I hope this will not be a law that has &quot;No Bite&quot;! 

Anyhow, a mature market protected by laws and regulations will enhance the foreign investors&#039; confidence in Chinese markets.</description>
